help using mag cell 502

I am section ID Bluefull and have a level 76 garuda that I want to use my mag cell on. what do the stats/level need to be in order to use this?

Alright, what you need is a level 200 mag with 200 IQ and 120% snyc. Not sure what your section ID will get you, but I get a Soniti.

that cant be right. I have a friend with a level 123 soniti. cant go down levels so somethins not jivin.

alright I got it to work last night. My mag had to be level 100. I got a pitri.... oddly enough as soon as I evolved my mag I wished I hadnt and wanted my garuda back.
