Taking screenshots.

I know how to take the screenshots while in PSO. But how can I get the screenshot onto my PC? I would try that website that lets you post them, but I don't know Japanese heheh. Would it work to just email the VMU file to my PC? Is it in any kind of standard format?

go to http://pso.donut.dhs.org with your dreamcast after taking the pic with pso. then upload and send the file to your e-mail address.
