Is there any rule say someone can't copy out right almost someones team. ie: team Omega Zero (my team) and Clan Omega (the team of an old member of my team). there almost the same.

From what I read, don't take the complaint to the moderators. They don't want anything to do with it, they just provide the service.

All I have to say is he is the one making trouble for me. He did nothing at all so I left and made my own.
Saying that I am making fun of his how ever, I don't see how. to a very lesser degree isn't he flaming or flame baiting me?

I already read about it, and it's a simple "splintering".

The name "Omega" is not copyrighted to anyone, doesn't make much sense to bring the issue up over a mere splintering, considering both your names went into creating the first guild.

People leave guilds and go do their own thing, it's not a big deal in the slightest.

I think it's more an issue of one person leaving the guild to start their own and the other person got offended and tried to have the new guild closed.

Just easier to leave each other alone, right?
