Info On Easter Quest Dowlaod site PLZ

Hello fellow gamers....
So IGN posted that PSO WORLD had links to sites where I could download the Easter Quest! Umm and address or something would be wonderful. I could just kick myself for not looking for it using the Japanese language setting as I did when I got the other 2 quests when all we had was Lionel's.
Help would be appreciated in this matter....

Hey Thanks!
3 quests I already have, but to see the PSO Thanksgiving cup quests have made my heart skip a beat....always felt cheated due to our wonderful Sega doing nothing for us like that. I don't really blame Sonic Team, all it came down to was simple translation.
Anyway I appreciate it.
