How to rearrange an existing deck?

This may be a stupid question, but where/how do I change the order in which my cards come up? I'm just now starting to notice that my hands are coming up in the same order, and it's not helpful to have, say, five techs to then discard them and get the other five techs because that's how I put them in the deck to begin with. Do I have to take the whole deck apart just to put the cards in another order?

Upper right hand of deck construction area is an option called "order".

Yes but that's only for games where shuffle is off. In the rest of games is just random.
Also I think 10 decks is a lot. Only recomendable in Ino'lis or Tech cost reducer stuff.
