It just bothers me that when stuff like this happens, it's almost always going to be the most hyped or best game series this year. I didn't really looked, and I know some of the winners so far haven't been seen in a long time (i.e. Super Metroid trounched Metroid Prime) but I have this gut feeling that its very possible that GTA or Halo is going to win =/

Morrowind was fun, until I played it the second time when it was waaay to easy.

Hmm... Half-Life... Yes, the game that brought Counter-Strike and Opposing Force. Not to mention 1998 game of the year. Yes, Half-Life will own.

GTA will win, even though there is no part to that game. Sadly the world is short on True gamers like us...These kids today are all Casual PS2 people, our kind is going to fade soon and GTA will be voted best thing ever sadly.
