I have heard rumors that a small percentage of non-hacked mags can get to level 999, is this true?

Somehow....I doubt it. There might be some glitch, buuut as I see it, taking control of a glitch pourpously to get an advantage in a game(NOT a shortcut, to all of you fellow racing fans) is cheating. Oh well.
