On the arkz side, Reiz told you that a "human" named "Jean" fix her and ohgun while erase their OPSS memeories...
Now, I remember Dr.Montague's full name is "Jean" Carol Montague... and yes, he was a super android/humanoid specialist, something like that... But Reiz mentioned "Human"... so is that a translation problem? or different person...
