Stupid question.. can a Hunter use Spread Needle?

Hi,

I apologize if this is a stupid question but, does anyone know if a Hunter can use the Spread Needle weapon? It's the coolest thing I have seen, but I am trying to figure out if it's worth pursuing. If I can't use it, I will set my sights elsewhere.

I found a "rare weapons FAQ" but it says this weapon can be used by "Ranger/Hunter only???" and doesn't seem sure of how it can be used.

Yes, Indeed a Hunter can use a Spread Needle. It is among my HUmar's primary weapons.

You should steer away from using it because it makes the game non-challenging. The only time I pretty much use it is for a Vol Opt fight, the mine field of Falz, and when my partners and I want to clear our way to take pictures in the garden of Falz after Ruins 3 when they don't care about experience. Don't let it become one of your "primary weapons". That's just unskillful. I mean, Jesus Christ, Vol Opt is already too fscking easy . . I'd rather not waste my time with him and shatter those g'damned monitors with the quickness from far away or up close.

Seriously though, if it was deemed too much in a multiplayer game, I wouldn't use it. But in offline mode, it would be a great boon.

Using a spread needle is like me using my razonde spell, Axeman. Always make sure others are ok with it first.You arent the only one playing for exp points.Other than that, those have got to be the coolest sounding weapons in the game.

How to use a spread needle the good way.

1) Set the special attack to a shortcut button.
2) Get in the room. Shoot 3 specials, then one normal attack.
3) Let the rest of the team finish off the monsters.

I can use mine on my lvl 20 hunter, i have 3 god/arms equipped. Thats the only way your gonna get 2 use it early.

Bleah blah blah, needles are still are boring as hell (with your "good way" included). Pardon me, but i don't want to hit targets that just sit there all day... no fun in that.
