How much should I level up?

Topic. I just got this game, and I am about a Clvl4, and around tier 7 of the quests. I am able to beat the Monster Zero Reiz in two turns (Getting a B, if she uses Dodge). Should I keep fighting her until I get to a decent level? (About 10?)

If so, what types of cards should I focus on getting?

Considering that card draws are relatively random, and the only measure of "levels" is your ability to use your deck, whatever level makes you happy.

Not really. It's easier for me to find N2 cards at lv. 10.

But, just because you're at the level where R1's start appearing doesn't mean you'll start racking them up. It just adds in the chance that you'll find one along with everything else. Draws are relatively random, only being affected by Rarity Points (the reason an Ancient Saber is rare) and the packs you choose.
