On ep1 and 2 they are called G assasin sabers. On ep3 they are called T assasin sabers. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
it's the translation.
It was called T in Ep3 because they translated it differantly and G in Ep1&2 because it was again translated differantly.
there was a topic on here a while ago but Can't fin it anymore.
Sounomi would now the exact reason.
(hope spelt right)

The true japanese name of the item (since being added in E1&2) has been Twin Assassin Saber (TSUIN ASASHIN SEIBA-). So why did the english translation of E1&2 call it Grass Assassin Saber? No idea, quite honestly. Even ST's crack (read that as on crack) translation team can't have gotten Twin Assassin Saber wrong accidentally, so they must have done it on purpose for some reason. My guess is that they think non-japanese folk are morons (which, to a degree, isn't exactly wrong), so they named it after the critter it comes from. They did this with other items, too. The Sealed J-Sword and Tsumikiri J-Sword are good examples, as in japanese they're called Nodachi (which more or less means large katana). They didn't think anyone who doesn't speak japanese would understand, so they changed the names to J-Sword (short for Japanese-Sword) instead.

Careless translation team. I've seen some typos myself. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_nono.gif

because the db is linked. this should be in site related. and it's one of the few typos st made. there are lots in ep 3 that goes beyond the scope of what vm said actually.

Under the Japanese setting, the Tsumikiri J-Sword is simply called "tsumikiri." With the Sealed J-Sword, do you really think that most Amercians are going to know what "nodachi" means? Just because you do, doesn't mean the vast majority of the American players are going to know what that is, so it makes a lot of sense for them to "dumb it down" for Americans like what they did.

Why are they linked? I would think that would be better if they were completely seperate.
