HL is not there?

I went to www.sega.com/pso_gcn and I went through the setup for a hunters license. This was the second tine I tried it. the first I got a credit card declined message. but this time it went through and said I had purchased a HL. I was happy and hooked up my GC to the net and I went online. It said i had no HL under that Acces key and serial#.
I went back to the website and looked at edit account and it did not show my Serial or acceskey and I have no idea whats going on.
I tried a third time and once again it said Declined.

can anyone explain it to me?

I never actually registered at their offical website, because I think it would be much easier if register it directly from the gamecube. Unless you don't have a broadband/modem adapter or a cord to connect to router or whatever (but then I wouldn't know what you would buy the HL http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif) But you should just go to the last catagory on you menu when you first start PSO and just go to "website" And it will help you set everything up and register you a HL.

Sega can't seem to get their act together on their account signup website. They have done such a horrible job of it, its absolutely absurd. You need to call them directly and have them set up the account. Even though my HL works, I get errors when trying to look up my account info also (most of the time the fields are simply blank.) So just know that you are not alone and that many people have problems with their site.
