Rather reminds me of the guy who dropkicked his neighbor's cat out of his yard. The neighbor let his cats roam wild, and well, do their business everywhere. He finally got fed up and did as said above. He is now in longer than he would have been for murder and fined $100000... Wonderful justice isn't it? Worse punishment for dropkicking a cat, not harming it, than for murder...

Cats are all over my town, so this guy I know shoots the cats with his paintball gun. It's not illegal, so many cats keep breading, we got a huge Cat problem. So if the cats not licenced it can be on a table. Haha I saw a bumb with a bag full of cats. It's actually kinda sad.
