EP3: Snapshots - When can you take them?

I'm writing a snapshot guide for both versions, and I need to know when you can't take snapshots in Episode III, like in Episode I & II you can't take them in a quest.

You can take them anywhere-- You can do it in gameplay only. Not like the title screen, intro video, character select, loading, etc.
