OK, I teamed up with this one person for a game that I didn't know. We were facing a person and a com, easy, right? Little did I know my partner was stupid.
To start things off, I went a little easy because the person was with a com. I used a nature deck, so I had a Blue and a Wolf. This was on that Water Gyser level (it has an odd name), and the opposing Ark had trapped themself in the corner with my wolf blocking their exit.
My partner had a Nano and told me to "Move Your Tiger." What? Move my tiger? Needless to say, in my confusion I ran out of time to "move my tiger."
After the move phase he "yelled" at me for not moving my tiger, so his nano could not attack. This makes me think he doesn't know how to play the game oh-so-well as he claimed. A nano has a range of two, and could have attacked thru my wolf.
Well, it came down to me having one hp and being physically attacked by four. This is where they were really stupid. As the def screen came up for me to select, a reduction was put on my char. A reduction doesn't help. I had a Gaurd(sp?) I could have used and negated the attack. I should mention the opponent had four HP left, which I would have killed after that turn.
My opponent blaimed me for playing the reduction, thus loosing the game. He cursed at me, called me a stupid noob, and such things I prefer not to repeat. He asked me why I played that card.
My card? I have none of those in my deck, hmmmmm. I think the opponent did a very good recovery, and should be commended (one of PSOW's TK), yet I was too busy trying to explain why we lost to him. It did not make that night very enjoyable.
This is jsut my complaint, as we all know there are bad partners out there. Partners that don't see the way you do. Partners that call you stupid for one thing, which you have your own reasons for. Partners that quit in the middle of a game while you are losing. Partners that blame you entirly to the lose.
These "partners" are not the good part of PSO ep3. Why do we all love cooperation? Is it bad to have cooperation when playing another team?
