Question about the new Snapshot upload feature for US player

I finally tried out the new thing for uploading snapshots for US/EU players...

When I put my proxy as whatever it's supposed to be, it worked out fine. I kept it there and tried to go online.

Line was busy twice, same 120 Error each time.

I changed my Proxy back to the one I used for PSO Proxy, went online, and it was normal.

Coincidence? Or can you not go online with that "pso.donut.dhs.org" in your proxy address?

hm. well you can go online with those proxy settings. ive been doing it for the past week or so.

but this Line Busy message did pop up for me the other day.

id say it was a coincidence because ive been online many times with the donut.org proxy settings in my setup. but i only had the line busy message 1 time for about 5 minutes.

i think its a server issue.
