If someone could tell me the basic stories of the Arkz side. (I would find out myself but my gamecube isn't working and I have to save up for a new one)

Anyway, the Arkz are basically trying to defeat Pioneer 2, which basically seperated themselves from Coral and control all the people on Ragol with their own type of vision government. They want the people to have the power rather than total government power.
