ok there are only 2. 1) in the area where they tell you the % for the animals what does hit mean...
2) in challenge mode in your team when you beat the game can your whole party choose the same item????

1) 1 hit percent = +1 ata, not a percent boost

1. The Precents that are tacked onto a weapon determine its strength agaisnt that type of enemy. FOr eample, if your saber has a 45% boost on Native, then it will do an increased amount of damage to Native enemies (enemies that appear in the forest/some in temple) It is also possible to get negitive precents (which obviously are bed), and precents on Hit (which does not appear unless the weapon has hit on it) which for every precent of hit, adds +1 ATA to the weapon, as was said before.
