Does the VR stage have anyhting to do with the new DL quests??

I love this stage and i dont have the quests yet. I just wanna know if you can play there...

The blue star memories? Well, there are two different cards that you can get depending on how you do in the VR system. I don't know the exact method but check the guides for it.
