I can answer that, Cube. well, the world changes, and if you start to move peoples topic to the off topic section, you'll be overloaded with some "go see my topic in off topic section" kind of topics in the general. So you can't really help it. People migh just be in need of something new. Something new that starts with "PSO" and ends with "ver2". you understand?
