Kireek (black hound) observation

the other day I finally took it upon myself to do the Soul Eater quests and when facing Kireek I noticed that in the second quest that you face him he speaks with capital letters placed seemingly at random.

I noticed that this was happening about halfway through the conversation and couldn't tell if these were supposed to spell something when you put them all in order of appearance. Anyone else notice this? Is there some kind of hidden message there or is it just some kind of sign that his systems are going haywire?

i did the quests, got the soul eater and it didn't seem to suggest that anything was up with the capital letters...

yeah - he malfunctions after you give him a severe kicking this first time

Basically, the further into the story(story? what story?) w/ Kireek, you notice that the random CAPS show up. And further in, he starts acting all weird, and wants to kick your ass. It's that crazy Ragol Wacky Weed? I tells ya...

I made a note of all the improperlly capilized letters and it looks to be a code of somekind. I don't have the paper with me here at work but I can tell you the code was 10 characters long--same as the hidden costume codes.

I tried entering it at the character creation screen but it didn't do anything.

Then I played the letter to lionel quest when I found out that the capital letter thingy is supposed to be a malfunction in the robot's voice synthesis program.
