I think i now Respect the Mods and Admin SO MUCH MORE now.

Since lil ol' me is a Moderator for a RPGin Forum reently. And today was the worst display of pathetic-ness i have ever seen in my entire life. Split into 2 Catagories...

1. 2 Random People doin a Total Destruction Spree, a Rush Fest, a God Mod Sensation (Think like Hacked BKBs and Ruin Baddies), and no way Defense for the other side. Needless to say... i wasn't impressed! To the Admin Warning Box we go! After alot of griping about why the morons are there and crap, we gave them a warning each and deleted all the crap before the entire madness began.

So... Ok, everythings cool for now. Helped someone get his upload sections straight, nothing to big, he was kind enough to understand his faults. Hours go by as i preform in my Improv Show Thing! (Thumbs up Babeh! ) I return with some great news...


here we go. spam in the player absenses. X and Y, obvious eh? they're talking about toilets and crap, check it when you can.


This killed me! SPAMMING an Information Thread! the RANDOM BUNCH OF CRAP! Wow, i was pissed off. I exploded to both of them,


Oh my God, All these Random Posts... deleted now. This is suppose to be to inform members about their absences. NOT to Talk about any RANDOM CRAP. If you want to talk about such things go and Download AIM or MSN or some messanger or something! GOD!

Be Glad it was ME who went and did this for I am just going to give you a Verbal Warning. The other Mods and Admin could of given you a warning on the spot. But heed my words. I have my eyes on you, and if i see ANYMORE of this Random Spam Garbage dont think twice when you see another warning block on your name. Don't forget... Five of them equals BANISHMENT Understand?

DON'T Do it again, I dont care for apologies. Just FOLLOW THE RULES.

This was just one day. Then i just remembered, you here the Mods and Admin of PSOW Deal with this sort of crap like every single day. Either you were REALLY nuts to take the job, or you have some mighty fine good patience.

I got no Hate Mail yet, since i dont do the dirty work, most of time. I refer the more older mods (since im a mod for a month now) to lock and crap unless its a major problem.

But SPAM! Wow, Spam is nuts. I need to tell my Admin about a way to make a FKL like we do here, but that'll kill the Space of the Board.

Yes, being a mod is a lot of hard work. I don't plan to become a mod ever again. Too stressful. People complaining why this, why that... then most of the answers will be solved by reading the rules. x_x

Well, can't really say I've been a forum mod before (except for a forum I created that went hardly anywhere), but I have been a higher immortal for a fairly popular MUD. May not be exactly the same, but there can be similar circumstances to deal with.

It's best not to show full out anger or a temper, since it may show "weak points" that can be continued to be exploited until they purge you of your energy and will to continue in such a position. High boiling points and ability to minimize stress inflicted upon yourself are vital. Of course, we are all human, as well.

These two fucks from Shotie's invaded my board once in an attempt to make me cry. I ended up kicking their asses, so they spammed up my board because they were sore losers (luckly, phpBB comes with a mass delete, but it was still annoying).
