The LA Times has just cited a major cause of global warming: The burning of pants. The paper reveals that massive pants bonfires result in the raising of the Earth's temperature by .5 degrees Celsius every year.

This may sound insignificant, but that .5 degrees is enough to cause deserts around the world to expand 26.45 miles in every direction. As a result thousands starve to death each year as their rivers and lakes dry up and their forests wilt and give way to sand.

So the next time you have an urge to destroy legwear, remember that only you can prevent pants fires.

Also reported in the paper was that the fire extinguishers used to put out the fires raised the global temperature by another .5 degrees every year.

So the next time you have the urge to stop the destruction of legwear, remember.....that...uhhhh....just don't do it!

A rise of 0.5 degrees will not cause the deserts to expand but in fact cause the Rain forests to grow large and happier under the warmer suns rays. Also holland will be underwater along with NY, sydney and liverpool.

Personally I see no problems what so ever with Pant burning.
