Ok, if you must be logical. Oil Rigs is mentioned because the workers have living quarters in there. They spend up to six months out of a year living on the oil rigs, specially the ones found in the ocean... theres your logic for you.

I had figured that to be the case, but it just seems unusual to see it as one of the example for public use, right alongside schools and hotels.

I got the subbed DVD for $20 at Sakura Con, and I still haven't watched it yet... maybe I should.
