I found a thing called a Photo Regene Barrier. This is some type of rare armor, but it isn't listed on the rare armor thing on the main page. Does anyone know if there is another name for this or something? Thanks.

Do you mean the Proto Regen Gear? If so, it's a prototype version of the Regenerate Gear. Unfortunately, since it's a prototype, it doesn't work. It has nothing more than collectable value.

The Proto Regene Gear is on the guide. It's a lvl 66 shield, but as the desciption says, it will NOT heal you. I asked a loong time ago how to activate it, but no one knew (I think asking how to "turn it on" was the reason I became a member of PSOW http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_smile.gif )

You can't "turn on" the Proto regen gear. What you need is the "Regenerate Gear". Thats the working version of the Proto stuff.
