I think a Vespa is the moterized vechicle Kuda is riding in Robo's "When Hikara goes crazy" picture.

O.o Your not Otaku enough. Alright then. A Vespa is a motorized scooter they drive over in europe. Despite the fact that its a scooter. The thing has some serious power. I believe its max speed is 120.
