Is that relevant? If I keep my ketchup in the fridge do I care if it should or not? If you dont like cold ketchup thats good for you. I like my Fries served with cold(or at least cool) ketchup, so I keep the bottle in the fridge where it cant sit out and get fungus during the hotter days.

I dunno, but when I left a bottle out when I was five I came back to it two days later and it stank to high heaven and had this green stuff in it...
