Gamecube EU PSO Servers down

It appears that the EU servers for the Gamecube version of PSO are down, again.
also down are http://www.playsega.com and http://www.sega-europe.com
musat be cleaning day at Sega Europe.

playsega works for me, and quicker than before

just started working again, it was either my ISP, or a little outage.
