looks okay but if he uses spell mostly i would have a di(i have tri)fluid on one of the alt(R) buttons
how much mst/tp, and atp do you have, if you have as much as me i would use just magic....WAIT sorry my mst is higher than your classes maxed(fonewearl)1500(mst)and 2500 tp, if you have LOADS of atp you might as well attack with yamigarasu or a cool mage weapon(maybe holy ray)could use angry fists with god/battles and some god/bodys-or hp

having di or trifluid on the top in the shortmenu instead of a button does the trick usually.

besides this, looks good. casters have the problem that they have to remap buttons for each area usually.

online, and if youre the only force, you might consider anti being shortcutted as well instead of one attack spell. this however depends on the area your team is fighting in.

I'm not voting on this poll. Your button layout should be determined by yourself. I kept trying to find out what the 'best button layout' was when i first started playing but after a while i discovered it's far better if you just figure out what works best for you. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Just about any combination will work just fine, so long as it has stuff you'll be using on it.

The only thing I might say about your combination, is that putting Resta on the front tier is a rather good idea. It's rather aggrivating to go to heal while you have a Photon Burst, and end up using Golla against some unwitting background element, instead.

Yamigarasu can be used by force? *Runs to check guides*
On topic: Yeah, I like the layout, especially for a tech force. Resta on first tier is a great idea, I will look into that for me. I have used photon vlast by accident when wanting to heal, *laughs* Anyway, Gifoie is more powerfull than Rafoie, for me, and if you're a tech force you shouldn't have weapons equipped... so, utilize the fast casting speed. I also prefer regular barta of rabarta, for tp useage and range.

My FOnewearl's general setup:
(changes slightly from area to area)

Rafoie (switches to Foie for Falz Final Form)
Zalure
Jellen

Resta
Razonde
Trifluid

Rabarta and Anti are at the top of my technique
menu, and I'm just as quick with them as if I
were using an R-trigger spell.

Shifta and Deband are towards the bottom of the
menu, but not because I don't support - I use them
less frequently because they're pretty high levels
so they don't need to be as accessible. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

I've been playing with this configuration for a
while now, and mostly what I've noticed is that
Razonde is used the least for me, except in the
ruins (where facing Claws, Del-D's, and rooms with
multiple Choas Sorcers where I just want to get
rid of their annoying BEE-R attack crystals). If
anything would be swapped out for another, Razonde
would probably be the first thing to go.

The Trifluids at first seem unnecessary, but for me
I'm simply not as proficient at scrolling over in
the item menu... I'm great as long as the quick
menu stays just on the techniques, but the minute
I have to start tabbing left and right instead of
just up and down, I get all wonky @_@ It's something
I have to work on, definitely! But until then, the
Trifluids stay on my R-menu, because a timely Fluid
can mean the difference between life and a dead
Fonie for me! ^_~

Obviously, I Zalure and Jellen a LOT because I am
a big team player, and I rely on those techs to
tag all the enemies first before I start picking
them off with attacks.

But as was already said earlier, the best set
configuration is the one you're most comfortable
with, and that just comes with experience. Try
the one you have for now - it's a good well-rounded
set-up, and as you get used to it, you'll start to
swap out things to create your own unique style.
Maybe you'll become a fire-tech lover like me!

bad and heres why

dont attack with fomars until they get up in level around 130 and above id say then if coupled with shifta 30 and zalure 30 they will make a decent fighter. For that level got with like

B barta
A foie
X jellen

RB Gifoie
RA Gizonde
RX spell of you choice

i go with these for my level 115 fomar personally

B Jellen
A Foie
X Gifoie

RB Barta
RA Zonde
RX Gizonde

yes yes i know i dont have resta equipped but with a guard wave on i can afford to do a sub menu resta whenver i may need it and with all support techs level 30 I hardly get damage done to me unless i visit the mines or ruins
