Simple: none. You gotta find these things in boxes. I found mine in the ruins, after 170 hours of gameplay.

My friend found his in V Hard Ruins behind the waterfall in those boxes, I don't know his section ID or how many hours he has logged on, but that's a good starting point.

All three of mine were dropped by Dimenians (the regular green kind) while playing my Viridia char online in Very-Hard Ruins. The first one was in Ruins 1 with my friend Wyatt (I made the team). I picked it up in the middle of a fierce battle. The second one was from Ruins 3. I found one once in a Yellowboze game of a friend of mine. I'm not exactly sure where or how i got it though. After absolutely destroying the Ruins, I went to see what my special weps were, and voila: there was a spread needle amongst all my crappy DB's and Varistas. I was very pleased to say the least n.n

Viridia has the best chance of finding them. I suggest just having viridia people make games, probably easier than starting over with a viridia character.

Any speculation about section ID's is just that - speculation. No-one has ever come up with any proof about any of it.

My friend found one in v hard ruins while I was playing with her (on her first visit no less!) As for what monster dropped it, no-one knows - most people tend to pick up as many rares as they can carry before going back to the tekker so you never know what came from where.

If the official PSO strategy guide isn't proof then I don't know what is. All my playing experience agrees with what it says as well.
