Epic Battle

Every once in a while you get a good team and enter a boss fight or challenging quest run and suddenly the routine turns into an epic battle. I've had some really cool battles on Tower runs and against Falz, but last night's battle beat them all. We ran Skyly Episode II with a Racast (164), Fonewm (159), Humar (175) and Ramarl (116), from Control Tower to Flow. Some rooms were challenging, the Morphos and Deldepths were a bitch as usual, but everything went fairly well up to Flow. The first stage of Flow, everything went pretty much as expected and then the real battle began. Flow rose up, his mags started dealing death and he did his tromp around the room and showered rocks on us all. I spent a lot of time dropping moons on the poor Ramarl who was definitely overmatched. Suddenly, Flow goes red and nobody can get any damage on him. We all take turns becoming Flow and everyone is now taking turns dying. I use all my dimates, trimates, star atomizers, moon atomizers, Ramarl drops 10 moons and I use those. Several minutes go by and Flow continues to glow red and no one can get a hit point off him. I had five scape dolls and all those get used. Down to 30 hp (my Racast normal hp is over 1700!), nothing left in the inventory and finally, finally he stops glowing red. Everyone goes berzerker on Flow, hitting him with everything in the arsenal and finally he gives up Flowen's soul. Epic battle! That's why i like PSO Online!

me and my friend both were in a really hard room in ult seabed, we were painfully put in our places by zoas morfos and deldepth, a mix of megid, criticals and confusion, the confusion didn't help me that much as the megid killed me about 3 times and then a few critical knocked me flying, the mix or resta, dimates and moons were exiting the zalure taht i casted and the confuse bombs that my friend used couased PIAN to the zoas they destroyed them selves doing 1200 damage and a little fun....we won that battle but thye a few morfos came, sucked the potions from my friend and i8 was left on the floor most of the time, mr freezy had a few things to say to the morfos but not befor thay made us toast.......but we made it back to the telepipe we laid and then we destroyes them but not after they made us look like we were level 1 again......it was very fun(My FRIEND DISAGREED)

That's getting it done Dana-Ranger. It's fun when there is a strong possiblity, nay a probability, that you will not survive and somehow you do. It's something called "challenge" that some hackers will never quite get. I've made TTF runs with uber-hackers that took a total of less than 10 minutes and watched level 80's doing 5,000 damage per hit - it's not really fun, especially when you are level 169 (this morning - yea!!!) and you're hitting for only 500-600 damage per hit with one of the best guns in the game. I've also played with hackers who are real cool, they'll take off their 1300 mags if you ask them nicely, they'll share stuff that you find and they are a pleasure to play with. So it's all good. I don't suppose you would consider getting an xbox and playing over here with us would you?

sounds like it was a blast.. I wish i could play online.. My stupid bellsouth dsl doesnt really allow me to connect for some odd reason. So im forced to play offline for another 2 months.. Nothing like 120lvs offline http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif.

Good luck getting connected Vielka. It's a totally different game, trust me (dreamcast - 160 lvls offline; gamecube - 140+ levels offline). Interesting character name and graphics on your signature. Very cool. What does "Vielka" represent?
