I have s beats arms, and was trying to unlock the "docs secret plan" quest but according to the guide all I need to do is clear the teir one quests, and gain access to the ruins. This has been done. I have also done the "dr ostos research", as well as "seek my master" what else do I need to do to access this quest? I want to use my s beats!!
