Can't log into HL...

Already asked on official board, wrote to Sega, all that fun stuff, and nothing works...

I can't log in to my HL account. (E1&2 only right now, trying to log in so I could get E3 and add it...) I go to Edit Account, put in Name/pass, and it says it can't find it. I did the "lost password" thing, and it emailed me exactly what I was putting in. Copied and pasted right from reminder email it still didn't work. Sega's wise advice was "make sure you're on the right page." woo. -_-..
I see some other people have had this problem, from looking at the sega pso board, but none of them has the solution posted in it, just the people saying "ok i got it to work". Soo... anyone...?

I'm still having this problem.. I called Sega, and they couldn't figure it out either. I'm at my wits end, what the heck am I supposed to doooo >___<<<

Hi, I don't know what to say but ... the password field is case sensitive as is the "remind me" option when you input your email address. I had this problem when trying to reactivating my account after 6 months I had forgotton my details and it turned out i was putting example "phantasy" instead of "Phantasy" >_< so it would come up as not found. Well thats all I can think of at the moment, good luck.
