ok..PSOWorld says that the S-Rank Psychoguns, Windmill, and Knuckles are restricted to C-Class specials only. that's not entirely true. the Windmill and Psychoguns -are- restricted to C-CLass, but even then, you can only put TP and HP Revival on those two. you can't even add Tempest Burning or Blizzard to those two. as for the Knuckle, you can add Tempest Burning or Blizzard, but NOT HP or TP Revival. Also, you can add A-Class specials to the Knuckle.
