earthquake vs. virus which is better?

Virus targets L Rank only, while Earthquake targets non Aerial.

I don't know how to get fly, but I can tel you that Ratis ake you fly.

Fly is an R1 card so it's pretty hard to get from a pack. I only got my 1st at card level 87 online.
