I never did improve my HUcaseal's abysmal c1 time.
I never found that damned MKB.
Never got Zero to L150.
Never got L30 S/D.
Never got more than one Ep1 S-rank.
Never even cleared Ep2c2.

But the final straw has come.

The people I used to enjoy playing with have either quit, or no longer play at times I can get on.
I can't ever find anyone to do C-mode with. If I do, they're as likely as not to be even more incompetent than I am.
They no longer do meaningful updates - The last six months have been Ep2 C-mode, one stage at a time, and then Battle 7&8. I am not enthralled.
I went on tonight for the first time in two or three weeks. I completely failed to enjoy it. As usual, one or two people were on, whom I barely know and seldom play with. Did a meh run through Seaside and Gryphon, got nasty lag, got yelled at because I rotely J/Zed Gryphon(Last time I fought him was offline with a teching FO, and the time before that it was a HUmar, and that's about it. XP Sorry I'm not perfect?), did the second worst run of East Tower I've ever done(Had a HUnewearl not using a Holy Ray and a HUcaseal). Then we did Battle mode 7 because they wanted to do the glitch. So I of course lag out with about ten seconds to spare, and get my RAmarl branded with a DC. Not that it matters, BA is meaningless and crap, but it still pisses me off.

It ain't fun anymore. I'm sick of long-ass loading times, lagging out all the time on a stable broadband connection, worrying every time I join a game, leave the bank, leave the shops... Sick of looking at twelve pages of guild cards, 90% of which will never again bring up a result. Sick of remembering the good times as opposed to the current blah times. When I'd play with my friends on Altair 9, when Altair 4 wasn't a ghost ship and lobby 11 would be crawling with people, when it was even possible to go find a decent game on Antares 8...

Tonight, I cancelled my HL. It apparently should still run until it expires June 19th. But I probably won't even get on before then. Beg me, and I might come play with you one last time, but for all intents and purposes, I'm gone from GC.

I may stick around on BB, but GC? They'd better pull some REALLY spectacular update to get me back. Probably won't even bother playing offline... Haven't for about five months. XP

Im sorry i couldnt help with the Mkb problem. I wish i could have helped you level Zero to 150. I never got to play C-mode with you, although i really am not confident with my skill in it. I am also incredibly ****ed at the fact that we get no new quests on GC anymore. Sonic team needs to get their heads out of their butts and realize that there are still people that play episode 1&2.

For one part, Im not that sad that you leave, but this part is really selffish, because it wants you to join PSOBB...

But for the other part, this is sad news, not because you leave PSOGC, but because you leave all your work done on PSOGC, all the few friends you have left, and because your leave will be a great miss for PSOGC.

However, if thats what your heart is telling you to do, go on. I hope you have a great time on PSOBB or on another online game. I haveve never played with you, but in the forums you always seemed a great and fun person to me, so I wish the best of fates for you.

I'm sorry to say that you're packing it in - being offline as you now are, and not knowing anyone willing to play offline (and to boot, not really wanting to play offline multiplayer) I'd say that this should really be the point where you just sell the game. I know that I'm up to that stage - where can take me up to and over 7 hours to gain 1 level. I just don't see the point anymore, which is why in a few weeks i'm probably just going to get rid of my PSO. It's sitting gathering dust...

So, that's why i'm going to kick up my PC to top-gear, and try a different approach to Blue Burst - I think I'll going to be a pure support force, and maybe see what PSO's like in that respect instead, see if I can make a whole new game out of it all. I'm sure with the right sort of encouragement your interest in PSO, be it any aspect, can be revitalized. In a funny sort of way, that's what we're here for - to keep everything alive.

Eh, I'm not going to sell the game. For one, I've used the serial number/access key(Though, I suppose I could sell both it and Ep3 and remove the sticker with that from Ep1&2, since my Ep3 SN/AK is unused), and for two, I'll probably eventually want to haul it out to play through Forest or something for old time's sake.
