Damn thing. The person that I am living with at the moment because all my stuff has not gotten to my house yet has a computer. Very good computer. Well it seems that while this person was on the computer trying to install a digital camera it must have shut down on her or something well now it has like a randomly generated password on it. At the title screen where you choose for the users.

Well Polished and I looked into the instruction manual and saw that if you take the computer cover off then mess with a few pins "passwords" will get erased. Well that didn't work.

SO now im wondering if any one knows how to bypas this shit. Cause I am bored as FUCK!

Maybe if they're properly n00btarded, if you boot into safe mode, the administrator account won't have a password and you can change the passwords from there. If not... Eh. There's ways around it.

Well one way to solve the problem is to reformat the harddrive, but it is highly recommended that you try everything else first.

Not sure if this constitutes as hacking or not, if it is the mods can edit my post, but this site has a bootdisk that will allow you to change the password.

That computer was the stupidest peice of hardware ever. -__-

We don't think it's a randomly generated password though.

Yea the chick that's computer it is knows nothing about computers and while I was there these same pop up kept happening and we had to set a restore point many times. I told her it was AOL but I know she probably thinks that it was porn that I was looking at. But think about it there is a window right next to the computer that means no wacking it any way.
