Well at this site called http://www.psoexplorer.com there's a form you fill out, for those of you who play offline because of the Credit card crap, if you use that form, they give you a HL in which you have to pay them monthly for.

I chechked it out the other day. Pay is more and your serial num. and access key is with them. So transfer is impossible unless you find another serial num. and access key So think before you sign up.
