Can I build a tower here in FKL? its going to be several stories in height(approx.37 floors) and is a perfet circle with a 30 foot diameter.

I have the land on Seaside's Cliffs to build it on, I just need the building permit.

you don't need a permit, just a big axe to cut down the others that want the land.

I went from Chao to Drop Rates in a few seconds.
This is going to hurt...

Now that's a real drop rate! Mwaha!
Badum tsh.

...

Anyways, FKL is not for leasing, purchasing, selling, buying, augmenting with cybernetic parts, all of the above, none of the above, including but not limited to, whereas and henceforth, no minors admitted, offer void where prohibited, do not make illegal copies of this disk, no entrance, exit only, and/or and especially construction and building.

Cutting down others with axes is perfectly acceptable.

You'll need to hire an Architect (I reccomend Greenberg-Farrow & Associates; they're rather good), a Civil Engineer (I suggest that you ask for Dan Zoldak at Lars Andersen & Associates), a Landscape Architect (HMA Landscape is good), a Soils Engineer (Twining Labs does a good and thorough job) maybe a Mechanical Engineer (unfortuantely, I can't reccomend anyone here) and then you'll have to get a hold of the appropriate local planners. I suppose that City approvals could go through Natasha Milarose of The Lab, though I'm thinking that her buddy Dan would end up being the plan checker the draftsmen would be dealling with.

Then, about $700,000 in professional costs and maybe a couple hundred thousand Meseta in plan checking and inspection fees, you'll have your building permit, at which point, your contractor of choice can continue work (because it seems that they always start work before aquiring a permit) without worry about being shut down.

Remember that Utility Easements are your friends, and be hopeful that Storm Drain and Sanitary Sewer facilities are readily accessible, and furthermore, that there aren't any 36" Irrigation Lines running, because that'll be an additional set of Civil plans, and will require approval from the local Irrigation District, as well as local city planning departments.

You have the Permit, as long as construction is done by last Friday. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Ok, go ahead and built it (I would ask Sou for her dropcharts, instead of Heyf00l's, just in case of some differences, Sou's will be better due to her using a program, and not by hand).

Also, it is too wide, either have it auto adjust, or thin it a bit to be more compatable for people who dock AIM.

not really, hell I can watch streaming music videos just fine 786K. You only need higher K for generally swapping really large files.

I already have that covered.

Techno and Remix will be handling the architexture, I've got BOC and Robo47 on the demolishions crew to blow up trenches and part of the rock face(the first three floors have the mountain face behind them), and I also have some Vega dupers to give me 999,999 Meseta.

And MolliEr from the movie Atlantis: the Lost Empire will be handling the pluming stuffs.
