Visual Kei Band Mania

So, me and Abdur been talking and we've decided to start a Visual Kei band (as of yet unnamed). But since Abdur can't play an instrument (I'm thinking manager position for him...maybe he can make re-mixes of our tunes...back-up vocals if he doesn't suxor!) we needs peoples that can play instruments (one bass, at least one guitar, maybe two, maybe someone who can play both electric and acoustic, maybe someone that can play a synthesizer, a violinist and a pianist would be nice, and of course a drummer) and someone that can compose music.
Must be willing to dye your hair a funky color, wear make-up, and wear crazy clothes. Oh yeah, and move to Japan to break out into the Indies scene! *grin*

Either that or I'll just inundate this thread with pics and info on cool bands! *grin widens* Like:

Malice Mizer
Underwent 3 incarnations. First one with vocalist Tetsu isn't even worth mentioning 'cause he wasn't around for long at all. The band really started to get recognition when Gackt came aboard:

Gackt left MM to pursue a very successful and ongoing solo career. I prefer MM with Gackt as vocalist. This picture shows them in their costumes for their song "le Ciel". Other songs I recommend are "Illuminati", "Bel Air", "Brise", "Bois de Merveilles", and "Au Revoir".

When Gackt left the band they replaced him with Klaha...

These are their costumes for their song "Gardenia". While I do prefer MM with Gackt, I also like them with Klaha. The music changed a bit, but it's still good. Aside from "Gardenia", I recommend "Color Me Blood Red" and "Beast of Blood". "Beast of Blood" is almost completely in English with only a few lines sung in Japanese, so it's really cool.

Orivia is an Indies band. They have not hit mainstream and, sadly, never will. They disbanded on August 25th, 2001. But their music is really cool. Not as hard as other Visual Kei bands, and in fact, they only JUST qualify as one. The best song to get is "Cylinder".
