Second edit(Meira): Better, but the text needs to be warped slightly to fit the bag, and it's too clear in relation to the image.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, but I was working with an older version of Photoshop that unfortunately lacks the ability to warp text (or anything, really). Basically, I was being too lazy to do it manually.
