Hunters License problem.. reallllly wierd one.

this one is messed up: I got my hunters license. Its working fine... then two days later, i log on, and it says the thing ran out! i called tech support, and they sent me to that purchase2.html page... and i did that, and its always giving me an error! Then i tried to do the whole process again, and it says i have a license already... but the game itself doesnt seem to think so. What can i do? Help.. plllease (gaah im gonna cry!)

I fixed the problem - it was in this: The cardholders name had a hyphen in the title! I'm going to make a thread to inform everyone of this. I just put the name together instead of using the hyphen. Sega's live support helped me with that one. THey were actually pretty good - ive called them a few times, never had any problems! I wonder why people complain so much about them.

I haven`t seen any direct complaints about sega help, just their buggy purchase page.
