View Full Version : I bet Xbox pso will have a keyboard option

ok look at this pic here

now look at the bottom with it says voice effect none but for the Y button it has the chat window

I am thinking that sega will make a keyboard still for this game

or heck somebody over at ign showed a pic of gameshark making a xbox keybaord so that one could be used.

True. And anyway, there's going to be a virtual keyboard ^_^; Plus word select. Also, I'd like to point out that the fuss about the voice chat shouldn't exist. MS is promoting Voice chat a lot because they're pointing out that all games will support it. well gameshark is making or already made a xbox keyboard

and sega could always make one

and if there is a virtual keybaord why not support a real keyboard

also

I just hope many people still play pso for xbox.
it would be a shame for it to not have anybody play the game

The DC had a 'Y' button chat bubble too. It was for quick chat and the software keyboard. Dont make so many assumptions. While it's possible a keyboard may come out there is no gaurentee especially from the given information.

ah but at the time the DC only had one type of communication... the keyboard

what would be the point of a regular software keyboard when everybody will hve a voice communicator? just incase people wanna talk with words? well why not make it easier and have a keyboard.

but of course that is all IMO

Errr... How would you make a team with out a software keyboard. Also that bubble is used for quick chat.

I maybe wrong here...but I think you need to push a button to talk...and that's where the Y button comes in...press Y and talk, release when you finish talking...it's not an always on thing, if I remember reading somewhere...
but then again, I maybe wrong...probably am...I would love if Microsoft wouldn't be so selfish to not include keyboard suport...not everyone prefer voice..actually for me, I am more comforrtable with keyboard myself, unless playing with friends...

I think that Talking on xbox live is going to be done with the black and whit buttons (I remember reading that in an old article in EGM I think)

Everyone is too hyped up, so they are drawing their own conclusions. Don't take too much offense, hell, Finalm does alot of help around here and alot of people ignore what he says, even when he's right. Live and learn, right?

Voice chat, keyboard, doesn't matter to me, just as long as its all smooth and is a good game to play.

Or how can a lvl 200 HUmar do only 23 damage with an Elysion on a Gulgus-gue ?

Ooh...maybe Simple Mail will become Simple Voice Mail for Xbox PSO.

And the Y button is needed because there is still the Word Select/soft keyboard/Smileys. I wonder if we will be able to play with foreigners like in DC PSO. It'd be neat getting a Japanese lesson from an authentic Japanese person.
