PS, how do I dodge the lightning? I can't seem to, and the camera won't let me target the flashing red totems half the time.

the cave boss is del rol le which you beat already it seems. Vol is the mines boss and the lighting doesnt seem to dodgeable unless you do a resta dodge or was attack already are the only I seem to be able to dodge it. Just try to hit the red pillar to avoid being attack and goodluck.

Yeah, ForceEJ's right. You're pretty much screwed about the lightning, unless you quickly shoot down the amplifier and hit the red pillar ASAP. If its troubling you badly (esp. the paralysis), Sol Atomizers should do the fix.

Thanks, For some reason the camera is on the red pillar, and I know I can target it, but it won't target it. So after fiddling with it for 5 seconds, it targets, just to get shot, and shocked, than I end up using a monomate, or using a technique to heal (I think that's resta).

Gaah, I had lain down a telepipe to go up to deposit and withdraw some stuff, went back down, went into the boss teleporter and forgot to drop another telepipe, so now I have to play back thru the whole level, but, it's all good, I've been meaning to level to 26 anyways (I'm 24).

Use Gifoie or Rafoie on the pillar, it will pop-up them back so you will get shock less.

resta dodge is the easiest way if you know it's coming...

if youre worried about the amplifier and pillar and such, heres some tips..

HUnter: use a handgun or tech to bast down the amplifier, then run around with the chat box up when the pillars come up until you find the red one. drop the chatbox and wail away

RAnger: get a shot type weapon and spam hard-hard-hard in a corner until you get to the second form.

FOrce: GIfoie the whole area. drink up the fluids, and repeat.

simple as that. it takes skill (for hunters) or just a knack for spamming (rangers and forces) to beat form 1.

I guess I should level one more level (get to 26) and buy a shot than...... thanks for all the help.

Leveling shouldn't take too long, I can kill Gilchics in 2 Heavy shots. (I'm using an Autogun +50).
