The Pan-arms, like the S-beats and the technical crozier, are findable in Hard Mode.
I don't know which ID is more likely to get them.

it would make sense that they have to be together because when they split they are no longer pan arms, the become Ben Affleck and Matt Dammon

My usual advice:

Don't bother huntind for a super rare item (pan arm, c-sorcerer, Lavis, Punisher). If you want one, just ask around for it.

In that case, get yourself s-beats arm so you can use the special (instant death) on the pan arms.

The only part I have ever found with my main char (Dalmein, Yellowboze) is the Delsabre's buster.

Everything else has been given to me, all of them were cheat as well, and for my first day online that wasn't bad!

Seems to me that Sinow Beat Blades are possibly one of the most powerful weapons you will ever own! The power of the blows mixed with the number of attacks is incredible!

That is until you get to Ultra Hard in which case you may as well be armed with a chicken drumstick if you have no good V.2 weapons...

from what ive heard the Pan arms does indeed need to be together in order to get the pan arms blade.

I found so many delsaber's right arm that I got SICK of it.
Enough to yell when finding one and resetting the dreamcast without saving when offline.
