Hi,
I'm new to PSO and was wondering where i could get ahold of some level 15+ tech disk's... If anyone could help me out that would be great. I have a few mags... nothing special at all.

sounds as though you are looking for trades, which means you're in the wrong forum.

if you're just wondering where you can find lvl 15+ techs, get into ult and go wild. you'll find a lot of techs around lvl 15 in ult forest and you'll start seeing lvl 30 techs in ult mines. and of course you'll find everything in between.
