Will the Broadband adapter be out when the Japanese GC ver is launched on August 8th?

Jp vesion won't have bba till fall, i'd post a link but can't remember where i read it i know it was a reliable site tho.

Ugh! I know me too! -pulls hairs out- Why can't they make a BBA for August 8th?! Or at least one month after, like in September or something! V____'V I'm really pissed off right now.
