Is there anychance anyone could help me out with getting some? my char is like level 38 and i cannot seem to locate any above level 10.. i play on xbox live.'

If anyone can help me out that would be wonderful.

I have some techs obove lvl 10, and I think abou 5 techs or more from lvl 15... http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif what would you give for it?

Im NOT on Xbox, but ull need to wait till u go into ultimate. techs above 15 can only be found in ultimate...

above 20 is best for ultimate mines or ruins (for the real high techs)
