I'm giving DTPA control to the NCOs temporarily

...and this is because my computer is royally fucked up and we DTPA officers are on vacation. You chicas will still see me and the other officers here but not regularly for a while. I'm sure some of you thought I died *looks at Ketchup* so here's your reason.
