Ok, right, this is just random S*** about Halo PC.

First fact: My name on there is 'Logic'.

Second Fact: I love Team Games and rock at CTF.

Third Fact: When one person has a bad connection it can affect many other people's connections.

Fourth Fact: There are so many people on 56k that it is sometimes impossible to play with 16 people.

And yea, wow, it's fast. Maybe you guys are dragging me down with ya? Turn off yer internet. It doesn't matter, I get into better duels with the remaining High Speed internet people.

What the hell are you doing? You're shooting me with an Assualt Rifle. Why? Because I got a tank that the enemy drove into our base that I helped kill MORE then you? I shot you with the tank. Then, when you started naded me and I killed you again, who gets banned?

Is it MY fault that YOU can't play without a tank? And maybe, you Admins should look at the facts first...

Calm down about me spawning near 'Your' sniper rifle, I didn't want it anyways. Snipers suck in CTF games... and why is everyone just standing around?

Phew.. I thought you were going to rant about it being bad (which it's not). I can understand what you're saying.

Just one thing, snipers do have a good use in CTF, base defence, as well as snipin the guy that just picked up a flag. Just throw in a shotgun as your alt weapon and you're set.

A lot of people these days are immature and easily angered.

Of course it's going to make me a little unhappy to get killed in some chaotic/wacky/simultaneous way....but it's a game.

I just play to have fun....usually when someone bitches at me........I ignore them. They eventually get tired of talking to themselves and leave.

I stopped playing Halo PC online, too laggy.

I rarely, if ever, chat. Most people are just whiners.

I kill someone, and he screams "OMGWTF! LAME!"

Just ignore whatever they say. Even if they aren't intenionally looking for attention, most of the people I'm played with are. Besides, while they're typing in a message with their two fingers, you can kill him again and watch him scream at you over and over.

I guess that's what happens (56k speed, idiotic people, etc.) when there's no price to pay for online gaming. Course, that kind of stuff exists with premium things, but not as much.

Me and five of my friend get together and play LAN games in his house. There we taunt between rooms and there are about 17 brawls and fist fights a game. AH...the joys of halo

it's not always the connection speed that's pitiful.
I run a centrino processor and 1 gb ram on 56k

It's not always the connection, majority of people don't really know muc habout computers, so they just install and play, and don't bother th worry about hardware.

Hell, if I had a lousy comp, with cable, that would also go slow.

I believe you're thinking of the game itself loading.
First, if you're the host, you wouldn't lag.
Second, your hardware has nothing to do with the time it takes for your packet of information to cross the web, whatever server you're on, to the host, and back.

Meh.
